Sparkling Garden Salad Mold

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water, vinegar and hot pepper seasoning.
  2. Chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in chicken, carrots, celery, pimientos and onion; pour into 9-cup mold.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  5. Unmold onto lettuce-lined serving platter to serve.
