Chicken with Creamy Roasted Poblanos

  1. Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 10 minutes or until browned on both sides, turning occasionally.
  2. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until done (165 degrees F).
  3. Drain any liquid from skillet.
  4. Stir in cooking cream, milk, chiles and ham; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Top with tomatoes just before serving.
  6. Each serving contains: 30%DV vitamin A, 8%DV vitamin C, 40%DV calcium, 20%DV iron.
