Chicken with Creamy Roasted Poblanos
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken
- 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 4 large large poblano chiles (1 pound)
- 4 slice OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
- 1 tomato
- Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 10 minutes or until browned on both sides, turning occasionally.
- Cover; cook 10 minutes or until done (165 degrees F).
- Drain any liquid from skillet.
- Stir in cooking cream, milk, chiles and ham; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top with tomatoes just before serving.
- Each serving contains: 30%DV vitamin A, 8%DV vitamin C, 40%DV calcium, 20%DV iron.
