Mel's Chili Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound stew meat (sirloin)
- 3/4 pound sausage
- #10 can pork and beans
- #10 can chili con carne without beans
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon red warm pepper (to taste)
- 3-5 whole crushed jalapeno peppers (to taste)
- Course grind together and brown.
