Soy glazed salmon with mushrooms and veggies

  1. Marinate salmon with soya sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar and salt.
  2. Longer the better.
  3. I marinated for 24hrs
  4. Heat pan with 2 tbsp peanut oil and fry salmon on both sides till cooked( without the marinade).
  5. Remove it onto a plate.
  6. Add the mushrooms, snap peas and zucchini for 2 mins.
  7. Add the marinade to the pan and fry for few mins.
  8. Add salt according to taste.
