Creamy and Spicy Chicken

  1. Blend the red onion, garlic, turmeric, bird eye chilli, ginger with some water
  2. Cut chicken into smaller pieces
  3. In a pot, mix the blended ingredient with chicken and lemon grass.
  4. Make sure to pound the lemon grass a bit so that the fragrant can infuse in the broth
  5. When the chicken start to shrink, add the potatoes that is cut into smaller pieces.
  6. Add in the coconut milk.
  7. Wait until it boils, add in the water.
  8. Throw in the assam keping.
  9. Let it simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
  10. Once cooked, add in salt and sugar to taste.
