Skillet Sausage and Potatoes
- 1 lb Sausage (of your choice), sliced
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 red skinned potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced small
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley (or other spices/herbs of your choice)
- Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat.
- Add potatoes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley (or other seasoning of your choice).
- Cook 10 minutes to brown potatoes.
- Add onion & butter and cook 5 minutes more.
- Add sausage and cook 10-15 minutes more until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
