Cheese Grits
- 1 cup grits, uncooked
- 4 oz. VELVEETA, cut up
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- dash garlic powder
- dash paprika
- Cook grits according to package directions.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except paprika.
- Spread into greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
