Chili

  1. Saute chopped onions, garlic and celery.
  2. Add ground beef; saute until well done.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer slowly for about 1 hour.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and grated Cheddar cheese.
