Bacon-Wrapped Cowboy Hot Dogs

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Wrap bacon in spiral fashion around wieners; secure with wooden toothpicks.
  3. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until bacon is crisp and wieners are heated through, turning frequently.
  5. Meanwhile, combine beans, tomatoes, onions and peppers.
  6. Remove and discard toothpicks from wieners.
  7. Cut long slit down top of each bolillo, being careful to not cut through to bottom.
  8. Fill with bean mixture and wieners; top with mayo and mustard.
