Good Morning Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, sugar, cinnamon, and allspice.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, pumpkin, oil, Large eggs, and vanilla; beat till smooth.
  3. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 c. of batter (depending on the size of pancake desired) onto heated and lightly greased griddle.
  4. Cook till top surface is bubbly and edges are dry.
  5. Turn.
  6. Cook till golden brown.
  7. Keep pancakes hot.
  8. Serve with favorite syrup.
  9. Great for Thanksgiving or possibly Christmas breakfast!
