Flora's Low Carb/Low Fat Nachos
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 dash chili flakes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 Low carb tortillas, cut into wedges
- 1 spray olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Jalepeno
- 1 Low Fat Shredded Cheese
- 1 Low Fat Sour cream
- Brown your turkey in a skillet until fully cooked
- Add in the seasoning, water, and beans and simmer on low
- Cut your tortillas into wedges, lay on a pan, trying not to overlap, then spray with olive oil and bake until brown and crispy.
- Top your nachos with the chili and toppings of your choice.
