30-Minute Stir-Fry
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Sliced Raw Steak, Chicken Or Pork
- 1 pound Bag Of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Store Bought Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Onions (opt)
- For Serving: Rice, Additional Soy Sauce
- Add olive oil into your pan and heat it over medium high heat.
- Once oil is hot add the sliced meat and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the stir fry vegetable mix and let it simmer with the meat for about 2 minutes.
- Combine all if the other ingredients in a small bowl then add it into the pan.
- Simmer for another 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve over rice and add some soy sauce on top.
