Mystery Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain and beats beans until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, corn syrup, vanilla and salt.
  5. Mix in beans.
  6. Pour into pie shell.
  7. Sprinkle pecans on top.
  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  9. Cool.
  10. Serve with whipped cream or cool whip.
