Vegetable Ranch Deli Salad Recipe
- 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. Bird's Eye deluxe artichoke hearts, cooked, liquid removed, quartered
- 4 ounce. Kraft natural low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 c. (2 3/4 ounce.) rotini or possibly bow tie pasta, cooked, liquid removed
- 1 med. tomato, minced
- 1/2 c. Seven Seas Free Ranch nonfat dressing
- 1/2 c. halved red onion rings
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
- Mix all ingredients.
- Chill.
- Makes 8 servings.
- VARIATION: Substitute Seven Seas Free Italian nonfat dressing for Seven Seas Free Ranch nonfat dressing.
