Thai basil omelette

  1. Crack the eggs in to a small bowl
  2. Stir the egg until yolk and egg white combined
  3. Add oyster sauce, lime and milk and stir altogether until well mixed
  4. Pour small amount of oil into a pan, with moderate heat
  5. Wait until oil starts boiling a bit then pour the well stirred egg into a pan
  6. Add basil leaves into the egg before it forms a shape
  7. Flip the omelette until well cooked
