Kalbi Beef Rice Bowl
- 300 grams Thinly sliced beef shoulder or brisket
- 1 Scallions
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1 knob Grated ginger (or in a tube)
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Combine the ingredients.
- Put the meat in the ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the meat.
- Add the remaining marinade to the pan and cook until the meat is done to your liking.
- Serve rice into bowls, top with the meat and pour over any sauce left in the pan.
- Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
