Tuna Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Bring 2 quarts water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil over high heat.
  3. Add the noodles, stir, and cook until tender.
  4. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.
  5. In a casserole dish, combine tuna, soup, milk, frozen peas, cheddar cheese, and cooked noodles.
  6. Stir to combine, cover with crushed crackers and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake until bubbly and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
