Easy Chocolate Mousse

  1. Pour milk into large mixer bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachement.
  2. Add pudding mix.
  3. Prepare as directed on package.
  4. Add 1-1/2 qt.
  5. of the whipped topping (or 1 cup for trial recipe); stir until blended.
  6. Spoon 1/2-cup portions into individual dessert bowls.
  7. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish each serving with about 2 Tbsp.
  9. of the remaining whipped topping just before serving.
