Spicy Pork Chili

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery; cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Yields 6 to 8 servings (2 1/2 quarts).
