Impossible Tuna And Cheddar Pie(Serves 6 To 8)

• 2 c. chopped onion
• 1/4 c. margarine or butter
• 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans solid white tuna in water, drained
• 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided (8 oz.)
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 1 c. Bisquick
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch glass pie plate. In skillet, cook onions and margarine until light brown.
3. Sprinkle tuna, 1 cup of cheese and onions in pie plate.
4. Beat eggs, milk, baking mix and pepper in blender or with wire whisk 1 minute. Pour into pie plate or square dish.
5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
6. Top with tomato slices and remaining cheese.
7. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
8. Cook 5 minutes, then serve.
