Alea's Honey Mustard Salmon Salad

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Combine mustard, honey and oil together.
  3. Coat salmon with honey mustard glaze.
  4. Place the salmon on a broiler pan and broil until cooked through, approximately 8 minutes.
  5. While the salmon is cooking, tear the greens and dice tha apples.
  6. Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a cruet and shake vigorously to combine.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and use a fork to separate it into "flakes".
  8. Add the salmon and apples to the greens and toss to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  9. Plate the salad and then top with dressing to taste.
