Parsnip Mash

  1. COMBINE 3 cups cubed parsnips with 1/4 cup water in a medium casserole dish.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain off any liquid and mash.
  4. STIR in 1 chopped onion, 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise French Dressing, 1/4 cup 1% milk, 1 beaten egg and a spoonful of brown sugar.
  5. TOP with bread crumbs and bake at 350F for 30 -35 minutes or until light golden brown.
