Marinated Veggie Salad

  1. In a salad bowl, combine the beans, peas, celery, green pepper, onions and roasted red peppers.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour over vegetables.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve with a slotted spoon.
