Toor dal

  1. Heat pan add ghee
  2. Add your peas let it cook till turning darker yellow
  3. Add 1 cup of water stir well
  4. After water is absorbed add 2nd cup add spices
  5. After water is gone aadd 3rd add cheese water bring to boil cover turn off heat keep covered
  6. After 10 minutes stir and serve
