Grilled London Broil
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 cup Oil (I Used Canola)
- 1/2 cups White Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 pounds London Broil
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
- Place meat in marinade and allow to sit at least 6 hours, overnight is best.
- Remove from the refrigerator and allow to sit for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Grill 15 minutes per side on a medium grill.
- Rotate a quarter turn after 7 minutes on each side to get the charred grill marks.
- Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
