Grilled London Broil

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
  2. Place meat in marinade and allow to sit at least 6 hours, overnight is best.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator and allow to sit for 30 minutes before grilling.
  4. Grill 15 minutes per side on a medium grill.
  5. Rotate a quarter turn after 7 minutes on each side to get the charred grill marks.
  6. Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
