Southern Salad
- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 whole Cucumber, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Frozen Green Beans, Thawed
- 1/2 cups Chopped Red Pepper
- 1/2 cups Shredded Carrots
- 1 Tablespoon Hummus
- 1 Tablespoon Roasted Sunflower And/or Pumpkin Seeds
- Start with mixed greens as the salad base.
- Add the remaining vegetables, arranging them nicely on top of the greens.
- Dollop the hummus in the center and sprinkle roasted seeds on top.
- Serve.
