Asian Beef Noodle Stir-Fry
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- boneless beef sirloin steaks, cut into thin slices Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1-1/2 cups carrots, sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 cups snow peas
- 1-1/2 cups red peppers, julienned
- 1 cup Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 3 cups 25%-less-sodium beef broth
- 6 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 6 cups broad egg noodles, uncooked
- 3/4 cup scallions, sliced
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; stir-fry until no longer pink.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring just to boil on high heat; cover.
- Cook on medium-low heat 10 min.
- or until noodles and vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
- Top with onions.
