Francalon Salad Dressing

• 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard (heaping)
• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons wine vinegar (or equal parts lemon juice and wine vinegar)
• salt
• fresh ground pepper

1. Whisk until blended and pour over salad greens.
