Salsa, Select your Spice
- 3 cans (about 10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles
- 1 whole Onion, Peeled And Cut In Quarters
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Or More Whole Green Chiles (From A Can), Or More As Desired (See Recipe Instructions)
- 2 Or More Jalapeno Or Thai Chiles (optional, See Recipe)
- 1 whole Habanero Pepper (Optional, See Recipe)
- Throw tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt in a food processor and pulse to chop (or finely chop by hand).
- Add remaining ingredients below, depending on how spicy you like it, and process to combine.
- For mild salsa, add 2 whole green chiles (from a can).
- For medium heat salsa, add 2 whole green chiles (from a can) and 2-3 jalapenos or Thai chiles.
- For hot salsa, add 2 to 3 whole green chiles (from a can) and 1 habanero pepper.
