Pat's Baked Apples

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Core apples; peel top 1/4 off each apple.
  3. Place each apple in one of eight greased 10-ounce custard cups.
  4. In small bowl, stir brown sugar and butter or margarine until well mixed.
  5. Spoon mixture into core of each apple; sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
  6. Bake apples 40 minutes or until fork tender.
  7. Serve with maple syrup or half and half.
  8. Serves 8.
