Vegetable Soup

  1. Place
  2. pieces of soup bone in water to cover in a large pan. Season
  3. with
  4. salt.
  5. Simmer several hours.
  6. Remove meat, strain broth
  7. and
  8. place broth back into clean pan.
  9. Cut meat into
  10. bite size
  11. pieces.
  12. Add
  13. vegetables,
  14. tomato
  15. paste and parsley. Season with rosemary leaves, basil, salt and pepper. Continue
  16. to cook
  17. for
  18. 30 to 45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
