Salmon and Vegetable Pasta
- 200g uncooked pasta (e.g. penne, bows, spirals)
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 10 button mushrooms, quartered
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 425g can pink salmon, drained and flaked Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Cook pasta according to packet directions.
- Drain.
- Combine pasta, tomatoes, button mushrooms, spring onions, olives and pink salmon.
- Mix through combined dressing and sour cream, chill and serve.
