Pepper Jelly

• 14 cup hot pepper
• 6 12 cups sugar
• 1 12 cups cider vinegar
• 1 (8 ounce) bottle liquid pectin
• paraffin wax
• red food coloring

1. Tie pepper in cloth and cook with other ingrediants.
2. Mix and boil 4 minute.
3. Remove from heat and let set 5 minute.
4. Put in jelly jars or pt.
5. jars, seal and cover with melted paraffin.
6. Be sure too add food coloring.
