Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, Spinach & Bacon Rotini
- 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook spinach in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min.
- or just until wilted, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta; return to pan.
- Add spinach and all remaining ingredients; cook on low heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
