Spicy Chicken Rigatoni
- 1 ounce, fluid Olive Oil
- 2 ounces, weight Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Chile/Arrabbiata Oil
- 8 ounces, fluid (Large) Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 5 ounces, weight Diced Chicken
- 2 ounces, weight Ham Julienne (Cooked)
- 3 ounces, fluid Asiago Or Alfredo Sauce
- 10 ounces, weight Rigatoni - Cooked
- 2 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Cubed
- Heat Olive Oil in saute pan.
- Add Sliced Mushrooms, Chile Oil, Diced Tomatoes to pan
- Sprinkle Cumin on Cubed Chicken.
- Add to pan.
- Add Ham to pan.
- Cook for approx 2-3 minutes, until Chicken is fully cooked.
- Add Asiago/Alfredo Sauce to Pan.
- Add prepared Rigatoni noodles to pan.
- Simmer for 1 minute.
- Place in Serving bowl.
- Top pasta with fresh Mozzarella cheese.
