Spicy Chicken Rigatoni

  1. Heat Olive Oil in saute pan.
  2. Add Sliced Mushrooms, Chile Oil, Diced Tomatoes to pan
  3. Sprinkle Cumin on Cubed Chicken.
  4. Add to pan.
  5. Add Ham to pan.
  6. Cook for approx 2-3 minutes, until Chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Add Asiago/Alfredo Sauce to Pan.
  8. Add prepared Rigatoni noodles to pan.
  9. Simmer for 1 minute.
  10. Place in Serving bowl.
  11. Top pasta with fresh Mozzarella cheese.
