Blueberry Blackberry Spice Syrup

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in saucepan.
  2. Stirring until sugar dissolves then reduce heat simmer uncovered until fruit is very soft.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. About 30 minutes.
  5. Strain with a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.
  6. Press gently and discard solids.
  7. Cool first then chill.
  8. Keep covered.
