Becks Great Guacamole
- 2 large ripe Hass avocadoes
- 1 garlic clove, mashed with
- 34 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium lime, juice of
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons diced roma tomatoes, flesh only
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Peel, pit and mash avocados, add remaining ingredients and gently mix together.
- Taste for seasoning.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips or with fajitas.
