- 2 bunch fresh parsley
- 1/3 bunch fresh green mint
- 1/2 bunch fresh green oniond
- 2 tbsp burghol
- 1 salt and black pepper
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 big tomatoe cut in small cubed
- parsley and mint chopped very thin, added to a bowl.
- add tomatoe
- green onions chopped, mixed with salt and pepper.
- then added to the bowl
- add oil and lemon juice and burghol to the bowl.
- mix all the ingredients.
- the tabboule is served as the famous salad in our region.
- you can eat it by lettuce or fresh cabbage.
