Marinated Flank Steak With Carrots Recipe
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tbsp. Bar-B-Q sauce
- 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1 bunch green onions in 1/2 inch pcs 2 lg.
- carrots (cut in slivers) 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- Marinate flank steak for 1 hour.
- Drain, reserve marinade.
- Stir fry in oil flank steak, garlic and green onions.
- Pre-steam carrots slightly.
- Carrots should still be slightly crisp.
- Add in mushrooms, carrots and remaining marinade to meat.
- Serve on rice.
