Marinated Flank Steak With Carrots Recipe

  1. 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1 bunch green onions in 1/2 inch pcs 2 lg.
  2. carrots (cut in slivers) 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  3. Marinate flank steak for 1 hour.
  4. Drain, reserve marinade.
  5. Stir fry in oil flank steak, garlic and green onions.
  6. Pre-steam carrots slightly.
  7. Carrots should still be slightly crisp.
  8. Add in mushrooms, carrots and remaining marinade to meat.
  9. Serve on rice.
