Pearls Rhubarb Cake
- 5 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert or 1 (6 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix or 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix) or 3 egg whites (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- Sprinkle the sugar and jello over the rhubarb.
- Place in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix the cake mix according to the package directions and them mix in the mini marshmellows.
- Pour this over the rhubarb and bake at 350 degrees for 29-35 minutes or until the cake is done.
