Buffalo Bills' Taco Dip

  1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream (blender or mixer).
  2. Spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Chill.
  4. Brown meat.
  5. Drain.
  6. Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water.
  7. Bring to boil, then simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Cool.
  9. Spread cooled meat mixture over cream cheese and sour cream.
  10. Layer diced tomato and onion.
  11. Spread picante sauce over.
  12. Cover all with cut lettuce.
  13. Top with shredded Cheddar. Sprinkle with sliced olives.
  14. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
