Quick Blueberry Ice-cream Muffins

  1. In a medium bowl, mix ice cream and flour.
  2. Fold in blueberries.
  3. Spoon into six greased muffin cups.
  4. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins test done.
  5. While hot, brush muffin tops with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Serve warm.
