Cheesy Potato Casserole with Cracker Topping
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried chopped chives
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 20 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix soup, sour cream and seasonings in large bowl.
- Stir in potatoes and cheese.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Mix cracker crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over potato mixture.
- Bake 50 min.
