Cheesy Potato Casserole with Cracker Topping

• 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried chopped chives
• 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
• 20 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
• 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix soup, sour cream and seasonings in large bowl.
3. Stir in potatoes and cheese.
4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish.
5. Mix cracker crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over potato mixture.
6. Bake 50 min.
7. or until heated through.
