Hand-Held Italian Chopped Salad

  1. Soak rice paper in warm water 1 min.
  2. or until pliable.
  3. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients except vinaigrette.
  5. Spoon 1-1/2 cups salad near one edge of each rice paper sheet; fold in opposite sides, then roll up burrito-style.
  6. Refrigerate up to 1 hour.
  7. For each serving: Plate 2 rolls with 2 Tbsp.
  8. (1 oz.)
  9. vinaigrette.
