Salsa Pulled Pork
- 1 whole Pork Roast Bone-In
- 1 jar (about 16 Oz. Jar) Salsa
- Trim most of the excess fat off the roast.
- Place the roast in a crock pot and cover with the salsa.
- Cook all day (8-10 hours) on low, or you can cook it all night on low.
- In the morning or after it has cooked all day, remove the roast from the crock pot, trim the remaining fat, and begin shredding the meat.
- Save the salsa sauce for drizzling over the meat.
- Great served as pork fajitas, pork enchiladas, shredded pork sandwiches (really good on onion rolls) or even over mashed potatoes.
