Chinese Prawn

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and add chopped Ginger.
  2. cook for a a minute and add the chopped leeks.Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Fry Prawns in oil for 2 minutes.
  5. crumble stock cube over prawns.
  6. Add Soya sauce.
  7. Add enough that prawns are frying in a pool of soya.
  8. Add leeks and fry for a minute or 2
  9. Serve with rice.
