Fresh Strawberry Topping / Sauce, ( Great to freeze for summer berry taste all year )

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar and salt in a large bowl, mix gently but thoughly.
  2. Let sit at room temperature 30 to 40 minutes to develop the sauce to form.
  3. At this point you can use it or pack it in containers and freeze up to a year.
  4. Keep the unfrozen sauce chilled after it forms its sauce.
  5. This makes a wonderful sauce for ice cream, cakes, folded into whipped cream.
  6. Great on waffles and pancakes.
  7. Added to drinks.
  8. So many possibilitys!
