Slow-Cooker Chile Con Queso

  1. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Add the chili powder and garlic powder and stir to combine.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water and let simmer until evaporated.
  4. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker.
  5. Stir in the cheese and salsa.
  6. Cover and let cook on high until melted, about 1 hour.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
