Buffalo-Style Sausage Bruschetta
- 6 oz. (1/2 of 12-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Premium Beef Sausage
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. thin celery slices
- 2 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
- 24 French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted
- Heat broiler.
- Cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices; place in medium bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except toast slices; mix well.
- Place toast slices in single layer on baking sheet; top with sausage mixture.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min.
