Zesty Pork Stir-Fry

  1. Place pork in large bowl.
  2. Add combined marmalade, horseradish sauce and dressing mix; toss to coat.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add pork mixture; cook and stir 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is evenly browned.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Add snow peas and water chestnuts; mix lightly.
  7. Cover; cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve over hot rice.
